Located in the scenic mountainous area, this hotel provides breathtaking views from the terrace and pool. The nearby Chorro area offers excellent dining options with good value and atmosphere. The staff provide exceptional service and the rooms have elegant decor with modern, clean bathrooms. The breakfast has fresh local fruit and juices. The spa facilities, including the natural thermal sulfuric waters, are of the highest quality, and the rooftop pool offers beautiful views.
The lack of a bar may not be suitable for those looking for a more vibrant nightlife scene.

The art in the rooms and hallways was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was good for hiking and cycling and there were nearby tourist attractions.
The smell of sulfur in the reception areas and hallways was overwhelming. The food was pricey and the drinks were not included in the meals.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and top-notch service. The Spa & wellness centre is absolutely stunning and the treatments were of the highest quality. The food was healthy and delicious, and the restaurant staff were attentive and professional. The garden area was a beautiful place to relax in and the room was spacious with exclusive advantages like a private balcony.
That the outdoor pool was too cold for swimming in despite being September. However, the indoor swimming pool and private facilities more than made up for this minor issue.

Spent Easter at a great spa hotel and loved the relaxing atmosphere and amenities. The healthy food was a highlight with beautifully presented dishes that were filling. There was a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices and the staff provided exceptional service. The hotel had elegant decor and stunning views.
While the spa and hotel were wonderful, the surrounding area lacked options and the locals were not friendly towards tourists.
